"We are proud to be a part of this initiative and look forward to meeting tomorrow's innovators! TENK is an excellent program that focuses on promoting inclusion and diversity within the tech industry, and we are thrilled to partner with them to establish the first local camp in Agder,” says Hanne Watts, VP of Communication and Sustainability.

Since the beginning, TENK has reached thousands of young women through digital communication, lectures, workshops, and events. The TENK Tech camp has been held seven years in a row in different cities in Norway. In 2024, the camp will be arranged for the eighth time and will for the first time is hosting in our local region of Agder. Our hope and mission are that this initiative will provide a glimpse into the tech industry, the diverse roles it encompasses, and show the future workforce the career opportunities our innovative region has to offer.
