Here at Arendals Fossekompani, we believe it is important to encourage young talent and inspire them to see the potential in a technological career. This is why we are delighted to be partnering up with TENK to help arrange their first technology camp in the Agder region.

At the camp, young women between the ages of 13-19 are invited to work with various technologies, explore tech opportunities, and be inspired by female role models. Together with other tech companies from around the region, Arendals Fossekompani is planning a varied and interactive program where participants will get the opportunity to work with different aspects of technology.
Since the beginning, TENK has reached thousands of young women through digital communication, lectures, workshops, and events. The TENK Tech camp has been held seven years in a row in different cities in Norway. In 2024, the camp will be arranged for the eighth time, and will for the first time be hosting in our local region of Agder. Our hope and mission are that this initiative will provide a glimpse into the tech industry, the diverse roles it encompasses, and show the future workforce the career opportunities our innovative region has to offer.
