ØIF visit

We are passionate about developing the Agder region and support several engagements in and around Arendal and Froland. In 2021, we became a main sponsor for the local handball club, ØIF Arendal. Recently, close to the entire team dropped by our headquarters in Arendal for a meet and greet and to share updates on the upcoming season.

The visit also marked a special occasion for the partnership between AFK and ØIF Handball.

Arendals Fossekompani has officially extended sponsorship with the handball club for another three years.

“Arendals Fossekompani is a proud sponsor of ØIF Arendal. The commitment the club shows to the local community is equally important as the sports aspect. Together with ØIF, we have been able to strengthen our relationships within the community and co-arrange annual beach cleanup days around the Adger region. This extended partnership is a win-win for both parties,” says VP of Communication and Sustainability, Hanne Watts.
