- We have been Equal Workplace certified since 2022
At our headquarters located in Arendal, Norway, there were:
- 50% women in total workforce
- 38% women in C-suite positions
“Our company’s history in hydropower and investment has been an important part of our legacy. Fortunately, we have seen growth in diversity and gender equality within these industries, and Arendals Fossekompani is committed to making sure this positive momentum continues to create more opportunities for a wider and more diverse workforce,” says Chief Sustainability Officer, Ingunn Ettestøl.
