At the end of every summer, the CEO’s from all our portfolio companies come together to meet with our Board of Directors and the members of our executive team for our annual strategy summit.

This yearly gathering based in and around Arendal allows us to share knowledge and experience to enhance the performance of the Group. Together, Arendals Fossekompani and our portfolio companies represent a combined work force of 2200 individuals operating in 24 countries.
This year's strategy seminar took us to the historic Strand Hotel in Fevik.
Over the course of two days, we along with Arendals Fossekompani's Board of Directors came together with the CEOs from across our portfolio in discussions full of positive energy.
