Recap: Arendals Fossekompani's annual strategy summit 2025
This week, we had the pleasure of bringing together the CEOs of our portfolio companies and our Board at our head office in Arendal.

Over two days, we dove into strategy, shared insights, and explored how we can continue creating sustainable value together.
Our program also took us to Bryggebyen, where AFK Eiendom is transforming an old shipyard into a vibrant new residential area. We visited Longum, where AFK Eiendom is developing new production facilities for Kitron, and wrapped up at Bøylefoss, where AFK Vannkraft has been turning water into clean energy for more than 100 years.
As active owners, nothing beats spending time together, discussing strategy, and seeing our activities come to life. Thank you to all those who participated during the two days of strategy and inspiration in Arendal.
