Changes in Kontali

Kjetil Angell Kjerstad is the new CEO of Kontali. He is currently Head of Business Development and Strategy B2C at Telia Norway, and the former Head of Google Ads in Norway.

Kjerstad is brought in to lead and grow Kontali. Having undergone a digital transformation since Alytic bought the majority share in 2020, Kontali is now entering a scale-up phase.

“The potential of Kontali is tremendous. By adding more technological and commercial competence to the world-leading seafood expertise already present in the company, the goal is to triple Kontali revenues within three years,” says Espen Zachariassen, Chairman of the Board of Kontali and CEO of Alytic.

Changes in Factlines

Factlines also announces changes in its management team: CEO Siri Engesæth steps down to take on role of Chief Sustainability Officer, while Henrik Halvorsen is appointed new CEO.

“Over the last year, Factlines has developed a new tech platform and launched new products and is now entering a new phase, requiring increased focus on domain competence, strategic development, and growth. Siri will continue to be a thought leader in her field of expertise and contribute to the continuous development of Factlines’ digital platform. Henrik brings experience from advising national and international companies, and from scaling, growing, and managing an international consultancy in Europe. With these key roles filled by such highly qualified individuals, and working together with the rest of the team, I am confident that Factlines has the right personnel to grow and develop further,” says Zachariassen.

Halvorsen an experienced executive and advisor with a view for leadership, communications, marketing, and growth. In 1996, he co-established the Norwegian PR and communications consultancy Gambit, which was later sold and incorporated into the global communications consultancy Hill+Knowlton, in which Halvorsen remained a top executive for years.

Established in 2012, Factlines is simplifying the green transition by offering digital solutions for sustainable supplier networks, the EU Taxonomy, and the Transparency Act. In 2022, Factlines was acquired by Alytic, a portfolio company of Arendals Fossekompani. Since then, the number of employees has tripled based on a clear ambition to be a global ESG technology player.
