Arendals Fossekompani is committed to creating shareholder value in the form of dividends and increased in share price over time. We pay quarterly dividends that reflect the company’s long-term strategy, financial position and investment capacity. Our objective is to pay dividends that provide shareholders with a competitive return over time.

Arendals Fossekompani is a green tech investment company, the owner of energy and technology companies which enable the transition to a green economy. Established in 1896 to harness the energy in an everlasting natural resource; water, Arendals Fossekompani is still a proud producer of hydro power, but also an investor in other renewables and associated value chains, including solar power and batteries. AFK has been listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange since 1913.
