BoD proposes a share split

The Board of Directors of Arendals Fossekompani proposes a 1:25 split of the AFK share.

In order to ensure that the market value of the shares is more in line with other shares on Oslo Børs and to increase the liquidity in the shares, the AFK Board of Directors proposes to carry out a share split where each share in the company is split into 25 shares.

This is on the agenda for the extraordinary general meeting on 19 November. The board of directors proposes that the general meeting adopt the following resolution:”The company’s shares shall be split so that each share with a nominal value of NOK 100 shall be split into 25 shares, each having a nominal value of NOK 4.”

Shares held by shareholders as of today as registered in the company’s shareholders’ register with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository on 19 November 2020 (record date) will be split.
